This page describes solely the use of AI in producing certain content on the institutional website. It does not relate to the features of Health 3000 products or services, for which specific communications and notices may be provided.
2. How we use artificial intelligence on the website
Health 3000 may use generative artificial intelligence or digital processing tools to support the creation, modification or optimisation of:
- illustrative images and visual concepts;
- settings, renderings or scenario representations;
- graphic elements intended for institutional or commercial communication;
- drafts or adaptations of content, subsequently reviewed by designated personnel.
3. AI-generated or modified images
Such images are used for illustrative, creative and communication purposes. They should not automatically be interpreted as documentary photographs or as exact reproductions of products, people, places, data or real situations.
4. Representation of reality and products
Synthetic or processed images may depict use scenarios, environments, operators, users, interfaces or devices in conceptual form.
Where an image is purely illustrative, the actual technical and functional characteristics of products and services remain those described in the relevant official, technical or contractual documentation.
5. Human oversight and review
Institutional, technical and commercial content published on the website is subject to human review before publication.
Health 3000 does not treat the output of an AI system as automatically accurate or final and applies a verification process proportionate to the nature of the content.
6. No automated decisions concerning website users
Simply browsing the website does not involve automated decisions, user profiling or individual assessments carried out by means of artificial intelligence systems.
7. Transparency and the AI Act
Health 3000 applies the transparency principles and obligations set out in Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, known as the AI Act, to the extent they apply to the content and uses actually adopted.
Where synthetic or manipulated content falls within the cases in which the legislation requires its artificial nature to be made recognisable, Health 3000 adopts appropriate means of information, including notices associated with the content or the page on which it is published.
A general statement such as this does not replace any specific notices required for individual items of content.
8. Intellectual property and third-party rights
Health 3000 uses tools and content in compliance with intellectual property rights and applicable terms. Reuse, reproduction or distribution of website content beyond the limits permitted by law or without authorisation is prohibited.
If a person believes that content infringes their rights, they may contact Health 3000 providing the information necessary to assess the report.
